An industrial nameplate, FITZWILLIAM, from Hunslet Engine 1438 of 1923, a standard gauge 0-6-0ST new to South Kirkby, Featherstone & Hemsworth Collieries Ltd, at Hemsworth Colliery, Yorkshire. Passed to the National Coal Board in 1947 and transferred to South Kirkby Colliery in 1965 or 1966. Scrapped on site by Thos. W. Ward May 1973. Cast brass, 32½"x6½", the front repainted.
