The Jaeger le Coultre clock, continuously winds, with no action, believe to be due to a mis-aligned gear, there is movement on balance wheel allowing clock to work for a very brief moment but due to no power from main spring, we would advise a service from a specialist.
Overall the clock is in very good order with no damage to the Lapis, brass casing is also in very good order, with just light signs of use / wear.
