Trams and Tramways and London Transport. A selection of approx. 460 black and white COPY negatives. This collection features: early trams, tramways, town scenes with trams, termini etc. and also includes approx. 200 copy negatives featuring early locomotives, BR locomotives, London Transport, stations, electric units, rolling stock etc.The negatives were assembled by the late Rev. Peter W. Boulding who passed away in 1979. Most appear to be copies of prints and postcards in books, so not the best quality. Peter amassed a large collection of items of transport interest and these are from that collection. Most are in the London area but there are some further afield such as the Isle Of Man, Honk Kong, France, Russia, USA and Switzerland. A few of the negatives are in poor condition. Most/all are captioned, no copyright, sample illustrated.
