QV-QEII MISCELLANY: A group of covers marked with an "EXPRESS" etiquette or cachet. Two-thirds of the covers are pre-QEII and inc. all reigns and some mixed reign frankings. Approx. 25% of the covers were posted overseas e.g. 1937 cover to Koln, Germany with Airmail, Express and Gilbote Expres etiquettes franked KGV 6d, KEVIII 2x ½d,KGVI 3x 1d each tied by Paddington cds's on front and Notting Hill, Paddington and Koln cds's on back.
