A late 19th century Swiss walnut cross banded cylinder music box. Rectangular form with chamfered edge hinged lid, opening to a glazed middle with metal cylinder flanked by wind up mechanism and levers for start / go and change / pause. Working at the time of cataloguing 24/04 but cannot guarantee. 10 set songs / tunes. Treated woodworm to case, raised on bracket feet and side carry metal handles. Measures approx. 17cm x 60cm x 27cm
