Star Lot: A stunningly intricate antique Japanese wood block print with coloured ink wash. Features Japanese Gallery London sticker to verso with separate sticker printed 'Hokusai (1760 - 1849) "Hokusai Gaen". Print features numerous birds of prey with calligraphy. Provenance unknown so can't directly attribute to Hokusai but certainly the work in the woodblock is of an extremely high caliber. Housed in a metal frame behind glass.
