JAPANESE BRONZE ELEPHANT & TIGER GROUP - SIGNED. Probably Meiji period, a bronze sculpture of an Elephant being attached by two Tigers, with ivory tusks and signed to the underneath. Mounted on an oval wooden plinth. 18.5cms high overall (including wooden plinth). Ivory Submission Reference:9A3QDJ6S CITES permit is included. Exporting outside the EU will require an additional export permit.
Tusks are a little discoloured/dirty, bronze seems generally fine. Plinth with some wear and marks.
