A 19th century diamond and enamel pendant/brooch, the raised oval yellow metal dome set with three graduated old cut diamonds within a surround of six untested cultured pearls and a blue enamel star shaped border, encompassed by a blue and white enamel border highlighted by four floral head details, with locket reverse (lacking glass) with removeable hinge pin and pendant 'bale' 5cm long, 19gms (at fault)

Please note, we have the broken glass from the reverse of the brooch.
The dome appears to have slipped down within the mount, will require attention.
Interior of the brooch would benefit from a clean.
Three diamonds are present, possible later replacements.
Cultured pearls are well matches, with a creamy grey lustre.
Star enamel border shows some areas of loss and possible areas of re enamelling.
One white enamel flower motif shows major signs of loss, and other three with minor areas of enamel loss.
Blue and white enamel border with minor areas of enamel loss,
Reverse of brooch shows surface scratches, scuffs and blemishes, commensurate with age and wear.
Discoloration to the terminals of the hinge pin.
No major signs of repair or splitting seen .
