(tape stain at left) to USA franked China 20c Sun Yat Sen tied by indistinct cds, Canton machine cancel and a Philadelphia machine cancel with a bilingual "CHUNGKING" cds below and type-script label "After returned from Hongkong/where it was originally sent/through, and kept for a long/time owing to hostilities,/this letter is now forwarded/via Chungking." and tied by a Canton and Tihwa cds - latter in purple.
