A large collection of thirty 19th & 20th Century porcelain ceramic 'Toby & Character' jugs. A variety of examples to include some modelled as a seated Toby figurine, some standing, some full body, some wearing a tricorn hat, bust examples (head, face & shoulders), one with independent lid and one without spout. Manufacturers abels to include Burlington - Tony Wood, mostly free of manufacturers labels, some marked with painters initials. All hand painted. Largest measures 29cm (height).
