Vincent built a total of 17 of these very rare engines three of which were housed in Moseley frames and eventually sold as "Vampires". These were given to West Ham Speedway for rigorous testing. This is the proto type (the first of the 3) to be tried out and was the only one which featured a readily adjustable balance factor. 15 Months later Vincent reclaimed all 3 after a major dispute with the West Ham management
