Rifle - 18mm Swiss 1842/59 perc no: 9242 rifled percussion musket. Originally smoothbore by Francotte in Liege, upgraded to rifled with the 1859 model programme. 4 grove rifling 18mm bore. Issued to the Canton of Vaud, brass barrel bands and double band nose cap. Butt expertly repaired. With triangular socket bayonet. Obsolete Calibre, no licence required
