Good 19th Century French ormolu and porcelain panel mantel clock, the striking movement with dial signed Gleizes, 3 Place Vendome 3 Objet D'Art Csites, Paris, the case surmounted with cherubs and having nine well painted porcelain panels of Marie Antoinette, 47cm high, 40cm wide.
Note: Clock belonged to Eleanor Gort, name on reverse (1857-1933) (nee Surtees), born Hamsterley Hall, Medomsley, Co. Durham.
