(reduced at right, one stamp missing) to Manchester franked 2d DLR (strip of three + single) cancelled by Wilcannia datestamps (unusual thus) with framed "INSUFFICIENTLY PAID/FOR BRINDISI ROUTE/DEFICIENT POSTAGE d3" of which eight examples on recorded on New South wales mail.
