A large original Manou Shama Levy (20th century) watercolour and gouache on paper painting dating to 1986, featuring a dynamic still life of peppers on a draped fabric, rendered in fabulous colour in a rich palette of deep blues, bright yellows and vivid pinks. Signed and dated bottom right and housed in a smart wooden frame.
Manou Shama Levy was a painter and print dealer with a stall on Portobello Road between the 1990s and early 2000s when she returned to painting.
