Thomas Bush Hardy (British, 1842-1897).
A lively seascape with sailors and fishing boats on choppy waters, signed and dated to lower left, 1895, oil on board, 43.5 x 68 cm, mounted in a gilt frame.
This painting is in excellent condition. There are possible areas of retouching around the sails under UV light inspection as per the photographs, but otherwise appears in very good condition.
