Alan Keith HILL (1910-2000) Cornish landscape Oil on canvas, signed, 49 x 60cm, 67 x 78cm framed. Alan was better known for his artistry within Heraldry, creating illustrations for the book 'Heraldry' by Julian Franklin, as well as for Heraldic Maps for various locations including Chester, where he once lived. Spending time in both Cornwall, residing in Pendeen, and France, where he also had a home, his paintings are strongly influenced by both locations.
