An antique Victorian Whitby jet mounted hand painted plaque of a portrait of a boy name urchin boy, the plaque is in excellent condition and presenting good detail, the Whitby jet mount is in 1 piece but unfortunately has many cracks and a chip to the bottom. Has a height of 52mm and a width of 42mm.
