British P1879 Artillery Sawback Bayonet


25 3/4 inch, single edged blade.  Rear sawback edge.  Narrow fuller.  Forte dated "12/83" with broad arrow stamps.  Steel muzzle ring and knuckle bow.  Steel pommel stamped "16".  Checkered leather slab grips secured by 4 steel rivets.
