Indian Army Frontier Force Officer Mess Uniform. A good scarce example of Rifle pattern, beige melton cloth with green facings to cuff and collar. Each is decorated with mohair lace. Mohair plated shoulder cords rank stars now absent. To front five mohair gimp cord loops with loop and olivette facings. Quilted cotton lining to the interior, with tailors label of Rankin & Co. Accompanied by trousers, these with tailor label and ink name inscription possible Major Hinde and date 19th November 1913. (2 parts)
