RARE P.O.W. USAGE OF THE TYPE 2 CARD EX "SANDAKAN" CAMP (NORTH BORNEO) TO G.B.; c.May 1943 usage of the large-margin "IMPERIAL JAPANESE ARMY" card (slight creasing) from British Driver "F.C. Evans" to Birmingham with Japanese and British purple/red censor marks on the front; Evans died on the ghastly first forced "Ranau death march" from Sandakan Camp on 29 March 1945.
