Former Bristol Zoo Gardens - an original c1950s / 1960s painted advertising sign, used at one of the kiosks in Bristol Zoo Gardens. The sign advertising the price for 'Minerals' 'Coca-Cola' and with a notice that the price is 'Including a deposit on all bottles: refunded when returned - please check change before leaving.' Wood, with painted text. The sign appears to have been used for many years, with later price stickers displayed atop the originals. To the rear is scratched 'Kiosk - Bar.' Measures approx: 40cm x 50cm. 3cm depth.
