More Information

Your attention is drawn to our important notice regarding Trevanion & Dean's sale of watches found in our Terms & Conditions, please read this prior to bidding.

Overall condition is good.

Dial: good order, hairline crack running from the hands to two 'o' clock and eight 'o' clock. All lettering to dial is in tact.

Glass: Good, no cracking or chipping. Moderate scratching, concentrated to the centre of glass.

Case: Good, moderate scratching to external case. No signs of denting or splitting. Engraving to reverse is clear, moderate wear to hallmarks. Later applied circular pad to reverse, slightly concealing the key hole. Glass cover closes, but not securely.

Some scratching to dust cover. Dust cover secures tightly over movement. All engravings and decoration to movement clear and in good order. Currently in working order.

Outer case: Moderate to heavy wear and scratching to the leather, concentrated around edges and beaded detailing. Moderate wear to the interior metal and paper. Gaps visible between the leather to borders of the case. Case closes securely.

It is the opinion of the valuer that both cases and movement are original to each other. Dial and glass may possibly be later replacements. Please note that this is opinion, and buyers should satisfy themselves with regards to condition of the watch from the pictures and in-person viewing where possible.

Diameter across dial 34mm. Diameter across case 50mm.
