Attributed to David Cox Snr OWS (1783-1859), watercolour, View of Harlech Castle, 19 cm x 12 cm. The paint surface shows some individual fox marks to the sky and a small area of possible discolouration above the left side of the castle. The colours will have faded somewhat, but remain relatively strong, although in quite muted shades as the artist probably intended. The picture is unsigned but labelled verso with the artist attribution. P&P Group 3 (£25+VAT for the first lot and £5+VAT for subsequent lots)
