A THOMPSON OF KILBURN 'MOUSEMAN' OAK CARVING OF A MOUSE, standing on its haunches, raised on a circular plinth, 8cm high x 5.75cm diameter
It is an unusual piece but Thompsons did carve one-off animals and birds etc. and in that respect it conforms. It has been consigned from a private collection of mousman and I have no reason to doubt its authenticity.
