An Ottoman Brass and Enamel Belt Buckle, 19th Century.
A vibrant Ottoman brass belt buckle adorned with vividly coloured enamel work in tones of cobalt blue, turquoise, green, and red. The surface is decorated with symmetrical geometric and floral designs, incorporating stars and Islamic calligraphy in raised relief on a green enamel ground. The buckle is hinged at the centre and fastens securely with integrated hooks.
