1899 30c Duty Plate Die Proof in black on white glazed card, 92x60mm, dated "14 NOV. 99", fine. Despite this duty plate being produced in 1899 no QV 30c stamp was ever issued, and stamps were surcharged 30c locally in 1902; this 30c duty plate was finally utilised for the KEVII issue of 1903.
