A large Chinese Famille verte hexagonal vase, Qing, 19th century, the neck with a continuous scene of court figures between a series of diaper, scroll and geometric bands, the main body painted with panels of dignitaries, court figures and attendants, one of which with an elephant, with further panels of blossoming plum branches and a dragon amongst fiery clouds, all between scroll, ruyi head, key fret and diaper bands, 54.5cm

Condition report: Fritting to glaze on the rim. The base pierced to take an electrical fitting.
