George III silver verge pair cased pocket watch, London 1800, the fusee movement signed Wm Hope, no. 45972, with pierced engraved balance cock, flat steel three arm balance, silvered regulating disc and cylindrical pillars, the dial with Arabic numerals and minute markers, within plain matching cases, case maker 'TG' (Thomas Gaunt), 56mm
** with two watch papers - Briscall and another dated 1857
Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - light surface marks and some faint small hairlines.
Glass - bullseye glass with scratches and small chip to the outer edge at the five position.
Hands - surface marks and some tarnishing.
Case - inner case with split to repair at the stem, outer case with light surface marks and some mild tarnishing.
