Verbal history- Previous owner purchased this work along with multiple other 'Lowry' pieces from a deceased estate, the owner prior purchased the collection in the 1980s from a private collector based in Neath, South Wales. L.S. Lowry visited Wales on numerous occasions with friend and collector of his work, Monty Bloom.
