IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BUYERS:
Collection of Purchases:
Lots can only be collected by appointment (usually booked online when paying your account)
Clearing of small and portable items may take place from Flambards during the sale (where practically possible: 25/26/27th March) and then on Friday 28th, Saturday 29th March and 31st March – 4th April. 10am-4pm

Removal of Specified Large Architectural Lots (doors, windows, counters, shelves)
Purchasers are responsible for the dismantling and removal of their lots, do not bid if you are unable to remove your items.
April 7th – 11th and 15th -18th April 10am-4pm
Removal of Structural Lots (granite, floors, paving etc.)
April 22nd – Mid-May by appointment.
