FREE TRADE PROPAGANDA SATIRICAL POSTER FROM BIRMINGHAM WITH 1d RED; 21 June 1852 EL (slight faults along some folds but complete) being a large printed 2 June poster headed "SECOND EDITION. A FIERCE BATTLE ON MORAL, ARITHMETICAL AND COMMERCIAL PRINCIPLES, between MEASTER TAUNTON AND MEASTER PUNCH...Protection and Free Trade are twin brothers..."! Posted from Birmingham to Bewdley (backstamps of both) with 1d Red (close to huge margins all rounce but shaved on left side) tied by a very fine Birmingham "75" numeral.
