Yorkshire Prattware pocket watch stand, circa 1820, modelled as a central longcase clock flanked by crowned figures, probably Mexborough, height 24.5cm, width 17.5cm
The forearm on the left hand figure has probably been off and restuck, with some overpainting. Elsewhere there are tiny chips to the points of the crowns. Minute nibbles to the base. Some restoration to the top edge of the cup back and to the cornice. This is of a professional quality.
