A fine quality George V silver Albert style pattern part flatware service for twelve settings retailed by Garrard, Hunt & Roskell Ltd, London 1920, each piece with cast floral and foliate decoration with reeded rim and feathered finial, inscribed with initial 'M' below crown, comprising of twelve (12) starter forks, 7in. (16.8cm.) long; twelve (12) dinner forks, 8in. (20.3cm.) long; twelve (12) dinner spoons with flat tip bowls, 8¾in. (22.2cm.) long; twelve (12) dessert spoons, 7 1/8in. (18cm.) long; two (2) sauce ladles, 6 3/8in. (16.2cm.) long; five (5) teaspoons, 5¾in. (14.6cm.) long; carving set to include two knives, fork and a handle, steel blades; twelve (12) starter knives, 8 5/8in. (22cm.) long, and twelve (12) dinner knives 10 1/8in. (25.7cm.) with steel blades engraved 'GARRARD & CO. LTD. 112 REGENT STREET MADE IN ENGLAND', weighable silver 140 tr.oz. (without steel bladed implements), eighty three (83 pieces). * One starter fork with very bent tines, one dinner spoon with black staining to inner bowl, one teaspoon with miss-shaped bowl, a few pieces with very slightly rubbed makers mark,m over all very good condition.
