by James & Josiah Williams, Exeter 1870, of baluster form, the double-scroll handle with a leaf-form thumbpiece, the foot with a beaded edge, Lydney Agricultural Society presentation inscription dated 1871. 15cm high, 8.9 troy ounces
The marks are clear. There are some small dints and age-related surface wear. In generally good condition commensurate with age.
