THREE CHINESE QINGBAI WARE VASES, YUAN DYNASTY (1279 – 1368). Each similarly decorated with bands of raised floral and lotus lappets. The tallest with characters painted to inside of rim. 13cm - 14cm tall. (3)
The tallest with faint cracking lines to the body. Otherwise in good condition with no repairs. Provenance: Property of Dennis Young, son to Sir Mark Aitchison Young GCMG (1886-1974) who served as Governor of Hong Kong between 1941 and 1947, thence by descent.
