Oil on canvas relined 20 - 30 years ago, canvas remains tight, paint looks a little flattened and rather dirty, with a fine craquelure running through much of the lower portion of the picture, signs of overpainting to the top left corner and the shubbery to the right, apparently unsigned, housed in an old frame that has been vertically cut and joined, old reinforcements to the stretcher verso.
