SET OF JAPANESE WOODBLOCK PRINTS - MASAMITSU OTA (1892-1975). A set of nine coloured woodblock prints from the Shin Hanga movement, circa 1950's with depictions of Kabuki actors. With seven in matching bamboo effect wooden frames and two in black frames, also with a large Gendai Butai Geika booklet. (10)
*These were acquired by the vendors relatives in the late 1950's. ** One with small stain in top left corner, and crease across the bottom right of the print.
A couple have lost a little colour, but overall they have survived well.
