German Third Reich M42 Luftwaffe Single Decal Steel Helmet. A good raw edge example retaining much original paint finish and virtually all Luftwaffe eagle decal to left side. This example with an unusual feature to the front of a small period painted white and black Swastika square. Complete with eight tongue leather lining, this will alloy band with clear 1940 date Some service wear, band and lining loose fixing rivets absent. Chinstrap present, but one side cut and nearly detached. GC
