19th century Sevres marquise shaped serving dish, decorated to the well with hand painted panel of birds in foliage on opaque white ground with further botanical sprays to the border on blue ground with allover gilded vignettes and garlands, interlaced device mark to the underside with letter X, 30cm diameter.
Chip to rim on right hand side. Light rubbing to gilded rim. Age related crazing to gilded decoration.
