FIRST EDITION, 8vo, viii + 271pp, original blue cloth, boards worn with damp stains, top section of spine cover torn along hinge and crossing spine, hinge cracked, ffep loose, bookplate of DM Kisch on ep, name of previous owner in ink on ffep, folding map; 3 tears in margins along folds and one at fold intersection, 2cm tear from hinge and 11cm closed tear from hinge repaired with backing, top 5cm of map loose; small pencil marks on three pages, top of hinge opening in two places, hinge cracked, p.111 with unprofessionally closed tear from top to bottom
