PERFIN COLLECTION: Binder with the comprehensive A-Z collection of perfins on QV-KGVI issues incl "CHINA" opts. Mostly on off-paper stamps but several cards/covers included. We note 2 covers from the 'Yokohama Specie Bank Ltd., Hong Kong' to Seattle. One is dated 24 Sep. 1941 has a US "Officially Sealed" label on buff tape with various cachets inc. "NOT OPENED/BY/CENSOR", "BUSINESS/DOCUMENTS ONLY" & "SUPPOSED TO CONTAIN MATTERS/SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF/EXECUTIVE ORDER 8389 AS AMENDED". Other cover is dated 20 Oct. 1941 and bears the same range of cachets. (Many 100s plus c.12 cards/covers) Cross Reference: PERFINS
