Accompanied by report number 5784-0448 from GCS, London, dated 16th November 2023 stating that the natural cushion-shaped sapphire weighs approximately 4.90 carats and that there is no indication of heating.
Origin: Sri Lanka (Ceylon).
Some wear, but no obvious damage or repair.
