By the former Examiner of Restrictive Practices about remarks in Dáil about the Minister’s failure to re-appoint Kennan as Examiner. One of the very few (if any) public and published comments by an Irish Civil Servant on what he felt was ‘The use of the executive power of a Minister to oppress a citizen is the concern of all citizens; doubly so when the ultimate aim is the distortion of the administration of legislation.
