A 19th century Persian Kulah Khud, with spike finial and silvered decoration including an inscription running around the rim, adjustable nose guard and chain mail hangings, overall 60cm high, on ebonised stand including a section of human skull

Overall somewhat oxidised with much of the silvered decoration now rubbed away or partially concealed, minor flaws to the chain mesh, later ebonised stand with some nicks and chips.
