black melton cloth, single breasted, long coat. High red collar with heavy gilt braid decoration. Each front with 14 double rows of heavy gilt braid secured by hidden, plain buttons and false gilt, double headed eagle buttons showing. Red cuffs with three heavy gilt braid chevrons with central gilt eagle buttons. Rear tails with gilt braid chevron decoration and gilt eagle buttons. Black silk lining.
