WILLIAM ROLFE AND COMPANY, LONDON, a Regency mahogany, rosewood crossbanded and brass inlaid square piano forte, serial number M16920, D shaped opening to a fretwork nameboard, ebony and ivory keys, above one long and two short drawers, with circular brass handles, on four fluted legs and brass casters, single foot pedal, width 172cm x depth 64cm x height 93cm (condition- crack to left side of lid, lid warped, sun bleached in places, some veneer losses and replacements, loose front left caster, in drawer, keys to right side not playing and in need of restoration) (no case key)
