2. Defence Medal in box of issue addressed to Mr A.F.J. Hall, Oxford.
3. 1939-1945 Star and BWM attributed to 316559 Tpr Dennis Herbert Escott 12th Lancers. He was wounded and taken POW on 21st May 1940 near Dunkirk where 12th Lancers were operating in armoured cars. Sold with Stalag 344 POW tag, 3 silver and 4 AE 1930s 12th Lancers sports medals of which 2 are named Bdsm Escott, 1 is named D.H. Escott, 1 is named D.M. Escott, the other 3 just have the event details. With 3 copied casualty lists and Tank Corps attestation book, he enlisted 29/4/29 aged 16, recalled for WW2, to Reserve 24/2/46, from Chippenham.
4. 1939-1945, Burma Stars, Defence Medal, BWM and Dunkirk Medal attributed to 851945 Bdr Thomas Hatton R.A. Sold with Regular Army Certificate of Service red book, Release Book, Dunkirk Veterans Assoc Life Membership certificate and printed details of how to appl y for Dunkirk medal. He was born 1918, enlisted in Nottingham 1/2/36, served with BEF 15/9/39 to 15/6/40, Madagascar 20/3/42 to 11/1/43, then India to end of the war, discharged 8/5/46.
5. Unattributed Africa and Italy Stars. Mainly very fine or better. Qty 12 medals + badges, sports medals etc (½B)
