Brazilian Mauser bayonet with single edged fullered blade 293mm in length, maker marked "Simson & Co, Sulh. Hooked quillion guard. Overall length 426mm. Working release catch. Complete with brass mounted leather scabbard. Scabbard throat numbered "1169" and "1".
Good overall condition. Some rust pitting near tip of blade.
