Large collection of ephemera and hand written musical scores by and relating to the prominent local Welsh composer, choirmaster, organist and conductor Haydn Morris (1891-1965) and his son the conductor and former music director for the Royal National Eisteddfod Wyn Morris (1929-2010). Hand written and annotated musical scores by Hadyn Morris comprise twenty eight cloth bound scores in English and Welsh including: 'Three Choral Dances' for chorus and orchestra, 'Y Delwyn Aur (The Golden Harp)', 'Cambrian Concerto' for piano and orchestra, two folders of loose ephemera; music sheets, brass band music, a printed music book, some flyers for Wyn Morris conducting with the London Symphony Orchestra etc. Together with a framed collection of ephemera and photographs including Wyn Morris' ticket to the Investiture of the Prince of Wales Caernarfon 1969.
